3 LITCHFIELD (NZ) 25/10/2019 Canberra Laid out in the straight. When questioned, rider stated that when his mount began particularly well and whilst initially trapped three wide his mount settled much further forward than was instructed and ultimately led.
5 LOAFING (NZ) 31/10/2019 Gosford Slow to begin. Shortly after rounding the home turn shifted out despite the efforts of its rider and had to be checked off heels. Rdr advised that as mnt was having its first start over 1900m today and was a clear last, he did not unduly pressure it in the run to the finish. Rdr was reminded of obligation to ride mnt to the finish where possible.

Added over the final 100m mnt did not appear fluent in its action and commenced to weaken over the final 50m. A post-race vet exam rev no abs. Tnr rep expressed the view colt may have reached the end of its prep and will now be spelled. Since spelled and gelded.

1 CHOCOLATIER (NZ) 7/04/2019 Wellington Rounding home turn laid out & bumped with a runner & became unbalanced before then shifting in & bumping another runner. Rider stated he had to make some use of the gelding in the early stages to take up a forward position. Added gelding travelled well until rounding home turn where it received a bump and commenced to weaken immediately & was disappointing in its failure to find the line. Further added he was of opinion gelding would be better suited racing on tracks with slightly more give than today's track. A post race vet exam revealed no abs.
4 ADANA 5/11/2019 Kensington Shifted behind runners shortly after the start.
6 HIGH MIST 5/11/2019 Kensington Near the 1000m, commenced to race keenly and was steadied away from the heels and was taken wider. Rdr std that after being hampered on the first turn, was obliged to race further back than the position he had obtained and in his opinion was then disadvantaged in that the gelding found it difficult to make up ground on today's track. A post race vet exam revealed no abs. Stable rep advised that the stable was satisfied with the post-race condition of the gelding and will continue with its preparation, would now consider having the gelding ridden more conservatively.

1 DISCUSSIONS 2/11/2019 Rosehill Gardens When quest re riding over final 400m, stated after following on home turn focus was on obtaining run to outside. Stated was disappointed for a run and then elected to endeavour to improve to the inside. Added that as attempting run then had to steady her mount when disappointed and then being held up on heels between the 350m and the 250m. Added that after shifting to inside she then elected to endeavour to obtain running inside, which then resulted in not being able to obtain running over the final 200 metres.
3 SONDELON 4/05/2019 Kensington Rdr reported had to make some use of the gelding in early stgs to take up the lead & although he set a strong tempo, travelled well within itself. Added in the straight when placed under pressure, gelding gave ground & was disappointing. Post-race vet exam rev gelding to be slow to recover. Co-trainer std in his opinion, may not have run out a strong 1800. Undertook to report back in which case the Stewards will consider whether the gelding must trial prior to its next race start. Stable rep reported that on receiving the results of a dynamic scope exam a decision will be made on future plans.
5 ARRAIGNMENT (NZ) 20/07/2019 Royal Randwick COT: To be ridden further forward; settled worse than midfield. Slow to begin.
7 SPENCER 5/11/2019 Kensington In the straight laid out.
8 MAN OF PEACE 26/10/2019 Royal Randwick Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Near the 200m was steadied when crowded.
9 SEDITION 31/10/2019 Gosford Leaving the 250m rdr lost use of his whip.
10 ONENESS 31/10/2019 Gosford Overraced in the mid stages. Approaching the 100m was taken wider on the track by another rnr. When asked if there was an opportunity to hold a position to inside of eventual winner in early stages and force that rnr to race wide, rdr std as there was no other rnr to his inside at that stage and the eventual winner was racing in advance of his mnt, he was reluctant to hold a position to its inside as he believed he would be forced to the rail. Added he believed it was more advantageous to take hold and trail eventual winner so he could improve into race when that rnr progressed forward.
11 C’EST DAVINCHI 22/06/2019 Royal Randwick After being slow to begin, was then shifted behind rnrs in early stgs from its wide barrier. Near 100m commenced to lay in resulting in its rider having to change the whip to his right hand. As a result for some distance after 100m rdr was unable to ride the horse with his usual vigour.
12 ANDAZ 24/07/2019 Canterbury Park COT: To be ridden conservatively from the rear of the field; settled back. Shifted behind rnrs in the early stages from the outside barrier.

2 CHAPELCO 10/07/2019 Warwick Farm When qst rdr explained that after leading, mnt came under pressure prior to the home turn & in his view was not suited by today's track conditions. Added when rnr raced upside his near the 200m his mnt gave ground quickly.
3 KAWAIKINI 7/09/2019 Royal Randwick When questioned re performance, rdr stated the mare changed stride near 100m, dipped slightly & from this point did not test the mare as something felt amiss. Post-race vet exam rev the mare to be slow to recover. Tnr expressed disappointed with performance. Tnr subsequently reported whilst satisfied with post-race condition of the mare, she has been sent for a spell.
4 HE’S A HOTSHOT 26/05/2019 Nowra Slow to begin.
5 TESSERA 31/10/2019 Gosford From entering the home straight until leaving the 100m was unable to obtain clear running, and at that point had to be steadied off heels.

16e MAGNAROCK 5/11/2019 Muswellbrook Raced in restricted room approaching the home turn, then despite attempting to improve between a rnr & anthr rnr near the 300m, then being shifted to the inside of a rnr passing the 250m, was unable to obtain clear running in the home straight and went to the finish without being fully tested.
