16e EL REY DORADO 3/05/2020 Dubbo Slow to begin. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding that was beaten 22.52L failed to reveal any obvious abnormality. Trainer was advised that a warning would be placed on the record of the gelding for being uncompetitive.

5 TOKYO BULLET 17/05/2020 Parkes Crowded shortly after the start by a runner which shifted in. Rider stated that it was her intention to direct the gelding to the outside upon straightening to obtain clear running but the gelding proved difficult to shift out down the straight and laid in proving difficult to ride.
7 GORN HOFF 27/04/2020 Narromine After beginning awkwardly the gelding lost further ground after shifting out and bumping a runner on the hindquarter resulting in that runner becoming unbalanced. Blundered near the 700m and became unbalanced. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a laceration to the near-fore leg.

Rdr reported that near the 700m the gelding commenced to hang out and made contact with rnr on a number of occasions. Rdr added that at this point he formed some concerns regarding his mount's action and when it continued to feel uncomfortable for some distance, he elected to ease it down from the 600m. A post-race vet exam revealed no abs. Tnr was advised the gelding must barrier trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards prior to racing again. Has since passed an official barrier trial.

6 DREAMS OUT WEST BOBS Silver Bonus Scheme 3/05/2020 Dubbo When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of the filly, rider stated that despite racing wide and without cover throughout, the gelding travelled well in the early and middle stages until near the 500m when the gelding commenced to lay in onto heels resulting in his mount having to be steadied. He said from that point the gelding failed to let down. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormality.
