The entire then continued to race fiercely and for some distance approaching and passing the 600m had to be steadied away from the heels of another rnr. Hung in under pressure in the home straight and proved difficult for its rider to fully test.

When questioned regarding the performance of the gelding, Jockey stated that the gelding did not settle when travelling in the lead and wasn’t comfortable on the soft track conditions, hanging out rounding the home-turn. Trainer concurred with the sentiments of rider and added that he will endeavour to space the geldings starts and will consider the immediate racing future in the days subsequent. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
