Rep std mare has a pattern of getting back in its races and running home, however was very disapp today and said that in her view the mare had not run genuinely today and possibly may not have backed up following its first start this preparation at Albury on 26 October 2019. Vet exam no abs. not reveal any abnormality. Trainer subseq repoorted no issues detected and bloods taken were normal.

He added during the event he was brushed on several occasions which his mount appeared to resent and when clear in the straight the filly disappointed with its failure to run on. Trainers rep agreed with the comments of the rider and added the filly which was first up from a spell would derive benefit from todays run. A post-race veterinary examination did not detect any abnormalities.
