2 BANFF 31/05/2019 Scone Rider explained that he had been instructed that his mount had a tendency to race fiercely and advised to attempt to settle it during the early stages and obtain cover. He said when attempting this, his mount raced ungenerously, hung out throughout and was difficult to ride when placed under pressure in the home straight. Further, he stated that in his opinion, had his mount not raced so ungenerously, it would have won.

Pengelly could offer no explanation for the poor performance of the gelding which, in his opinion, failed to quicken from the 600m. Trainer L. Hatch advised that in light of the poor performance the gelding will now be sent for an immediate spell. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

6 FARSTAR 30/05/2019 Bathurst Bounded on jumping. When qtd re dis performance, rdr std instruct was to obtn pos in lead. Said after obtaining pos in lead, rnrs to his inside improved to take up pos in lead and set a solid early tempo, which in his opinion did not suit gelding. Added approach first turn, geld did not trav well around tight bend and changed strides several times in straight. Added may not have suit clockwise track as most form is anti clockwise. Trainer concurred and said better suited to bigger tracks. A post race vet rev geld to have sustained lacerations to hind legs.
9 HERZEGOVINA 29/10/2018 Tamworth Hung out throughout and ran wide rounding the home turn. Post race vet exam rev no abs. Trainer was advised that a warning for racing inracting would be placed on the colts record. Trainer said that the colt will be gelded and spelled.

14 GINGER GYPSY BOBS Bonus Scheme 1/06/2019 Gilgandra Hung out rounding the home turn, resulting in a runner becoming momentarily crowded.
