5 ABINGTON THREAT 2/01/2019 Sapphire Coast When qst re perf, rdr std mount laid in, in the straight but could offer no other explanation for its disap perf. Post race vet rev no abs other than healing abrasions to its hind legs with no associated lameness. Trn reminded of obligation to notify Stewards of such condition in future.

3 BEAUT BOPA 26/12/2018 Tumut Began awkwardly and lost ground. Raced wide without cover throughout. On return to scale rider advised she had been denied a fair start as the barrier attendant assisting her still had hold of her mount as the gates opened. As Stewards were satisfied that the attendant had released the gelding as the gates opened and as gelding was placed fourth and therefore could not be declared a non runner under AR134A, correct weight was declared.

8 ELSIE’S MAGICDANCE 16/06/2018 Kembla Grange Laid in rounding the home turn & in the early part of the straight. Commenced to lay out from the 200m. A post race vet exam did not reveal any abs.
