Trainer was told that a warning would be recorded against the gelding which was unruly resulting in its rider being dislodged onto his feet on two occasions en route the start. Slow to begin.
6 MAHJONG ROSE 11/11/2019 Queanbeyan Q'd regarding the perform of the mare rdr std that the mare was disappointing in the way it finished off today. She added pulling up following the race she heard an abnormal respiratory noise and suspected that the mare may have choked down. A post-race vet exam of the gelding revealed to have no abs. Trainer could offer no explanation for the mare’s performance today and said he would get the mare scoped by the stables vet and would report back on those results and the condition of the mare in the days subsequent. Trnr reported horse pulled up well will be freshened up & continue with prep.
7 RENDEZVOUS CREEK 23/11/2019 Adaminaby Rider reported that his mount hung out throughout and felt uncomfortable in its action. A post-race veterinary examination of the filly did not reveal any abnormality.

2 QUIANO QUEEN 24/11/2019 Queanbeyan When quest re the tactics adopted, rider stated that she was issued with no specific instr but was told that her mount did possess speed if required to go forward from its wide gate. She added that after beginning well she allowed her mount to stride forward, however when Deal Master and Lady Miner took up the lead her mount was trapped wide and she felt that it would have been detrimental to her mount’s chances to attempt to ride forward and cross those runners. After viewing replay, rdr conceded however that near the 1300m there was initially an option to obtain a position with cover behind

9 THAT’S THE TICKET 23/11/2019 Adaminaby When quest re perf, rider std that her mount was under pressure from the 800m and weakened in the straight. A post-race veterinary exam rev gelding to have a poor recovery rate. Trainer advised that the gelding may not have run out today’s journey and would now be dropped back in distance. Trnr was told that she would be required to provide a veterinary clearance prior to the gelding being permitted to race again. Vet cert received.
