1 HULK 18/05/2019 Rosehill Gardens Began awkwardly. Rdr std with blinkers on for the first time, mnt did not settle & as a result, did not finish the race off. A post-race vet exam rev no abs. Tnr rep concurred with views of rdr & advised that if the stable continued with prep of the colt, they would remove the blinkers. Stable rep since advised will now be spelled. Since spelled & gelded.
7 LUVOIR BOBS Bonus Scheme 24/07/2019 Canterbury Park Shifted behind runners in the early stages from its wide barrier.
11 OUR BELLAGIO MISS BOBS Bonus Scheme 24/07/2019 Canterbury Park Began only fairly. Shifted behind runners in the early stages from its wide barrier. Passing the 1000m shifted in and raced fiercely on heels for some distance approaching and passing the 800m. Between the 300m and 150m raced in restricted room and had to be steadied and shifted to the outside to improve.

Between the 200m and the 100m was shifted to the inside of runners in an endeavour to obtain clear running, and for a short distance approaching the 100m was positioned awkwardly on heels before securing clear running.
4 SHAMAN (NZ) 27/07/2019 Rosehill Gardens Slow to begin (3L). Shifted behind runners in the early stages from its outside barrier.

2 JAKE’S HILL (GB) 27/07/2019 Rosehill Gardens Slow to begin. Rdr advised that in her opinion the gelding performs best on softer track conditions but nevertheless was disappointed in the manner in which it weakened in the straight. A post-race vet exam found the gelding to be lame (1/5) in the off foreleg. Vet clearance required. Vet clearance since received.
4 IVY’S COURT (NZ) 24/07/2019 Canterbury Park Crowded shortly after the start.
5 KEEP UP (NZ) 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm When closing the race off well over the concluding stages, could not be fully tested when racing in restricted room.
7 HIROKIN 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm When questioned re riding in early part of home straight, rdr stated his mount was under heavy pressure from the 700m and after entering home straight had some concerns with mount's action. For this reason he didn’t continue to place mount under full pressure. Added after mount balanced up near the 200m he commenced to place mount under full pressure whereby it finished its race off well. Rdr was advised in similar circumstances he should report to Stewards any matter which prevents him from riding mounts in normal manner.
9 ANARCHY (NZ) 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm Inside the 50m became awkwardly placed on heels and had to be shifted to the outside to continue to improve.
10 MUSHROOM ROCK (NZ) 3/08/2019 Kembla Grange Crowded shortly after the start, and was then shifted behind runners in the early stages. Rdr reported that her mnt laid in for the majority of the event, and in particular rounding the home turn and in the straight, whereby it proved somewhat difficult to ride out.
13e DE VALERA 3/08/2019 Kembla Grange When questioned, rdr stated he was instructed to find cover, however, after beginning well & when no other runner showed an intention to go forward, he was left racing in the lead. Added that mount pulled hard throughout the event &, as a result, was left without a finishing effort & weakened over the final 100m. Added that in his opinion mount would be better suited when ridden with cover. A post-race vet exam rev no abs.

3 OBELOS (GB) 3/04/2019 Kensington COT: To be ridden conservatively from the outside barrier; settled off pace. Shifted out when placed under pressure in the straight. When qst rdr confirmed he had been asked to ride geld conservatively from its wide barrier. He said however that as geld showed good gate speed & when travelling prominently early, he elected to take advantage of his position by allowing geld to improve & effectively travel one out one back.
5 SILENT GENERAL 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm Near the 1000m blundered when awkwardly positioned close to heels. On straightening laid in and made slight contact, then shifted out and away from that rnr and made contact with outside rnr resulting in hindquarters being turned out.
7 LINCOLN SKY (NZ) 18/05/2019 Awapuni When questioned re disappointing performance, rdr could offer no tangible excuse. A post-race vet exam rev no abs.

2 LENINGRAD 4/04/2018 Wyong When questioned, rdr stated that mnt travelled strongly in early & mid stages with blinkers on for the first time. Added he elected to take up a position outside leader rather than urge mnt along to cross that rnr given mnt was already racing strongly with him. Added that when pressured by another rnr approaching the 400m his mnt failed to respond to his riding & in his opinion may not have run out the distance. A post-race vet exam rev no abs. Co-tnr since reported satisfied with post-race condition of gelding.
3 JUVENTUS 23/03/2019 Kembla Grange When questioned re disappointing performance, rdr stated that he was able to obtain a midfield position whereby his mount travelled well. Added that near the 1100m he had to check his mount when awkwardly placed close to heels. As a result of this interference, his mount lost ground and did not travel well thereafter. Rdr std in his opinion the gelding failed to let down on heavy track conditions. A post-race vet exam rev no abs. Tnr subsequently advised gelding would be freshened up. Since spelled.
5 HERZEGOVINA 18/07/2019 Gosford For some distance approaching & passing the 1000m, raced fiercely close to heels & leaving the 1000m shifted out when being restrained.
6 BEL DIABLO 24/07/2019 Canterbury Park Shifted in shortly after the start and made contact on a number of occasions. Shifted out under pressure in the latter part of the straight.
7 SHOWMINDER 25/05/2019 Gosford Raced keenly in the early stages. A post-race vet exam rev no abs.
8 TENORINO 20/07/2019 Kembla Grange Raced keenly in the middle stages and near the 1000m was steadied off heels. Near the 600m when continuing to race keenly, hung inwards and was steadied off heels.
9 GO THE GANTRY 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm Began only fairly and shifted behind runners in the early stages from its wide barrier.
10 RIVIERA 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm When questioned re disappointing performance, rdr stated he was able to obtain cover passing the 1200m. When another rnr improved forward to race outside the leader passing the 900m, he was then left racing wide and without cover. He stated approaching the 600m he improved his position to race closer to the favourite and eventual winner, however shortly afterwards came under pressure and was disappointing in manner it finished its race off. 8 SEEL THE DEEL 31/07/2019 Warwick Farm Slow to begin. On straightening checked to avoid heels. When questioned re performance, rdr stated in early stages when racing at rear of field, she did not want to trail rnr throughout event so she elected to ride forward & establish a position in advance of that rnr. This resulted in mnt racing keenly throughout early & middle stages. Added that mnt was unsuited by strong tempo of the event which resulted in mnt coming under pressure from the 600m. Further std after receiving interference on entering home straight, mnt was then disappointing in way it closed off race.

1 SPANISH DREAM 19/12/2018 Wyong When qst re mare settling off pace, rdr std was not issued any instructions, however, anticipated mnt would settle prominently. Added after beginning well he was reluctant to pressure mnt in early stages to obtain a forward position as it had been quite strong in its prelim. Further std when several runners that were drawn to his inside showed superior speed in early stages & showed intent to race forward, he was able to shift mnt across & obtain a position with cover, albeit further back than intended.

Added mnt did not show sufficient speed to maintain position outside leader in early stages, despite being niggled, so obliged to race behind leaders with cover. Std filly did not travel comfortably through mid stages, hung out rounding home turn, & when placed under pressure in straight shortened stride & was disappointing. Post-race vet exam rev 1/5 lame in n/f leg, due to shifting n/f plate, standing on toe-clip & puncturing sole. Vet clearance required PTNRS. Vet clearance since received.

14 ESTRADO BOBS Bonus Scheme 13/08/2019 Gosford When questioned re performance, rdr std that mount, which was resuming today, had trialled well recently and stable expected filly to figure in the finish. However, filly raced a little keenly and he felt that she would be more suited over a shorter distance and in a bigger field where there would be a more genuine tempo. A post-race vet exam rev no abs.
