3 HIS KYLLACHY (IRE) 28/07/2018 Gosford When qst re riding fm 1200m, rdr explained that, after being crossed by another rnr appr 1200m, in his opinion the pace slackened &, as he was reluctant to restrain his mount, he elected to shift to the outside of another rnr to allow his mount to travel comf from that part of the race. Added inside the 700m his mount was under pressure & for this reason he was unable to maintain that position & was carried wider by another rnr.

A post race vet exam revealed the gelding to be lame behind. Trainer was advised a vet clearance must be produced prior to racing again. Clearance received.
2 OLIFANTS 5/05/2018 Newcastle Rider std his mount travelled comfortably in lead throughout early & middle stages & when placed under pressure from the 300m his mount initially responded, however, was disappointing in manner in which it weakened over the final 100m.
4 PHILIP 3/07/2018 Gosford Raced wide & without cover throughout the event. Hung out badly from 400m & continued to do so for the remainder of event & as a result was unable to be fully tested at any stage in straight. A post-race vet exam no revealed no abs. 9 DIRECTORY 31/07/2018 Newcastle Was fractious in the barriers, then bounded on jumping & lost ground. Held up rounding the home turn & near the 350m was shifted to the inside of a rnr to obtain clear running.

2 RASTAFARIAN 2/08/2018 Coffs Harbour Approaching the 300m was steadied when disappointed for a run and was unable to be tested when held up on heels from this point until passing the 100m.
4 IDENTIC 25/07/2018 Canterbury Park In the early stages was caught wide and without cover resulting in its rider restraining to take up a trailing position behind runner near the 800m. Near the 500m, bumped with another runner when that runner was inclined to overrace and shifted out. The mare, near the 200m, was checked when taken out by another runner. A post race veterinary examination revealed the mare lost its off hind plate.
8 COUNTY CROWN 14/07/2018 Wyong When qst re perf, rdr std, as she felt mount was at its top from the 400m & was not improving, she desisted from riding mount out in straight. Post race vet rev of mare, which was beaten 30L, did not rev any abs. Trn advised to trial to Stewards satisfaction prior to racing again. Trialed Newcastle 27/7/18.

7 BORAZON BOBS Bonus Scheme 5/05/2018 Newcastle On jumping was bumped by another runner. Overraced in the early stages & for some distance approaching & rounding the first turn had to be continually steadied away from heels. Then continued to overrace throughout the middle stages. Over the concluding stages shifted out abruptly, obliging its rider to stop riding & straighten approaching the winning post.

12 ALMERHERI BOBS Bonus Scheme 26/07/2018 Kembla Grange Slow to begin. Had difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the straight until passing the 150m where the filly shifted to the outside of another rnr to continue into clear running.

A post race veterinary examination of the gelding revealed it to be lame in the off fore leg (1/5). Warning placed on racing manners. Vet cert required PTNS. Clearance received.

5 MANANGATANG (IRE) 16/05/2018 Ladbrokes Park Hillside Rider stated it would be suited over more ground. Vet reported no abnormalities.
6 ROMAN TYPHOON 28/07/2018 Rosehill Gardens Slow to begin (2L). From its wide barrier was shifted in behind runners in the early stages. Rdr std, after missing start, mount settled further back than anticipated. Added with mount stepping up from 1100m - 1500m & having to make a long run on geld, it was not able to finish the race off strongly.
7 HOME WIN 19/05/2018 Newcastle Slow to begin. Then was bumped & carried wider at the entrance to the home straight.

Rdr std in early stgs took up a pos behind eventual winner & fav & with tempo genuine his mount was shuffled further back in small field than hoped. Added in early & mid stgs considered shifting to outside of another to imp but that rnr remained racing slightly off rail & as result was left trav wide & without cover. Further std, elected to remain on back of rnr & appr & rounding h/t mount was under pressure, resp to riding & closed race off strong.
5 FORGE AHEAD 23/07/2018 Goulburn Change of tactics: to lead - led after being slow to begin. Rider stated her mount travelled well early but did not respond in the straight and in her opinion was not suited when challenged from the 800m. Post race vet exam revealed a poor recovery - vet clearance required. Clearance received.
6 KEEP ON CHARGING 26/11/2016 Rosehill Gardens Near 800m was racing tight to the inside of Rnr, became unbalanced and was bumped. The Stewards considered the performance, which tailed out, to be unacceptable. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a laceration to the off-hind pastern. Trn advised that the gelding would now be spelled. Notwithstanding this advice was advised would be required to barrier trial prior to racing again. Passed trial 27/06/18
